"Parquet work" is a traditional Japanese artifacts and originated from Hakone. The shop named "Kiro" has been praised by the important government officials. There are many items available such as photo frames, music boxes, accessories, etc. The most spectacular is the "secret box", which looks like an ordinary box, but you will need to work through the mechanism in order to open the box. Some of those boxes have 5 mechanisms while the larger ones have as many as 40. These are all Japanese handicrafts and are excellent items to be given as souvenirs.
