Seongsan Ilchulbong is a small volcano on the Jeju Island of Korea. It has been classified by UNESCO as World Heritage. The area was formed as a result of the eruption of the volcano under the water and is one of the most intact volcanos that is located under the sea. Traveling to and from the area takes approximately 1 hour each year and when you walk towards the top of the mountain, you will see excellent sunrise view and hence it got such a name. The best time of visiting the area is at sunrise.
